Everyone is invited to help with a end of season clean up at the Wilkinson Farm Park Community Garden on Sataurday November 7th from 9am-1pm and Sunday November 8th from 11am - ??
Come and help build community spirt and enjoy hot cider, homemade garden soup and bread, all while putting the community garden to bed!
The "to do" list includes;
- Remove and store tomato cages
- Remove and store fencing
- Remove and store irragation system
- Shred conr stalks
- Haul and spread manure
- Begin composting
- Till the garden
- Plant a cover crop
Applications will be on hand for one of the 20 9x12 garden plots that will be available next spring.
