AMAZING GRACE is back in Gig Harbor, after "wintering" in San Diego for some refurbishing. While in San Diego the tall ship received a brand new deck and new ceiling. Janis and Steve Denton, owners of the Amazing Grace did most of the work themselves. But they also took advantage of a winter in San Diego and enjoyed three sailings between projects including cannon battles with the HMS Surprise (from Master and Commander), the Lynx and the Californian.
